Responsibilities:
Setup Assistance: Help with setting up the event space, including arranging tables, chairs, and signage.
Food and Drink Facilitation: Assist in managing and distributing refreshments to attendees.
Resident Support: Guide residents through recycling processes and assist those collecting compost for their gardens.
Event Facilitation: Engage with participants to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
Takedown and Cleanup: Aid in dismantling event setups and packing up materials at the end of the event.

Join our team for our annual Moss Park Movie Night and BBQ event, where we'll engage the community with fun activities, a barbeque, popcorn during the movie and resources about our ward. Volunteers are essential to ensure the event runs smoothly and successfully.
Responsibilities:
Setup and Takedown: Assist with the setup of the event tent and booth where we will be serving popcorn and drinks to residents and families during the movie.
Public Engagement: Interact with the public, providing information about healthy city activities and answering questions related to our ward.
Resource Distribution: Share resources and materials with residents, ensuring they have access to important information about our community initiatives.
Requirements:
The event will be between 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM. Volunteers are expected to arrive at 6:30 PM to help coordinate and set up.
