Stewardship at Morton Park's Mini Forest

Help keep Morton Park’s mini forest thriving! Over 600 trees have been planted within just 200 m², creating a rich and diverse green space and home for many native species. Join us for stewardship, and help remove invasive species to keep this mini forest flourishing. Volunteers will complete gardening tasks such as invasive species removal.
Regardless of prior experience, everyone is welcome and appreciated at this stewardship event. Make sure to bring your friends and family, let's grow together!
Location: 55 Larraine Ave, Dundas, ON

What to Bring / Wear:
Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes, long pants, a sunhat, sunscreen, and bring a reusable water bottle. We will provide tools, gloves, bags, and anything else we may need. But, please feel free to bring your gloves and tools.

Transportation + Parking: The 5B Pirie at Governors via Governors, bus stops at Governor’s at Huntingwood, roughly 10 minutes from the site. Additionally, bikes can be brought to the location, and there is nearby street parking available.
